Access To Services
WDH reserves the right to refuse service or access to it’s products to anyone. WDH also reserves the right to restrict access to any part of it’s server or website environments, such as Administrator access, WordPress backend access and FTP access. WDH reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any services provided by WDH when WDH decides at it’s discretion that the account has been inappropriately used or abused. The customer is not permitted to sell, resell, store or give away WDH services to other parties. The customer agrees that he or she has the necessary knowledge to maintain their website, and that it is not the responsibility of WDH to provide this knowledge or support outside the defined parameters of the purchased support package(s). WDH is not responsible for any upating or editing of the client’s website outside the terms of any managed services packages that are purchased. The customer is responsible for their own devices and services used to access WDH websites, and to ensure that their equipment is compatible with WDH services. The customer is bound to only use material on it’s website that is permissible by law. This includes but is not limited to copyright material and material judged to be offensive. WDH does not take any responsibility for any website going offline due to exceeding bandwidth or space limits. It is the client’s responsibility to engage WDH and purchase additional support if required to deal with potential usage increases.
Prices are valid for 30 days from the date a quote is given. A 40% deposit is required before the project commences. The balance is due when the website is handed over to the customer. If the on-boarding document is not completed and returned to WDH within 3 months of it being issued, your account will be suspended. If your account remains suspended for 6 months, it will be closed and all money paid and work ordered will be forfeited. All deposits and fees paid are non-refundable after 14 days have elapsed since the date of deposit paid. Once the website design has been signed off, all fees are payable in due course. No cancellations will be accepted and any service ordered must be paid in full. In the event of a customer terminating the contract, you will be able to take full possession of your design and content. If you have purchased hosting through WDH then all hosting fees must be paid in full or your website be migrated at your own cost and effort to a new host before the fee becomes due. All cancellations must be requested in writing and notification be provided by email. Failure to pay managed service fees on time may result in loss of website or email services, or domain name loss.
If you have purchased logo design from WDH, this will need to be signed off before website design commences. Once design begins the customer has 3 revision rounds. If you exceed this, WDH reserve the right to charge $100 for each addtional revision round. The usability or limited functionality of your website is no reason to defer payment to WDH. If you require particular functionality, WDH can provide you options of addtional plugins that you can purchase. WDH will assist you with uploading and editing your content. However, this is limited to the number of pages included in the package you purchased. Any addtional work will be charged for at an hourly rate of $80/hour. Once your website is handed over to you along with login details, you must notify WDH in writing within 15 business days of any issues. If no communication is received it will be deemed that you have accepted and approved the work. Once approved, all outstanding payments will be due.
